We advise that you book as soon as possible as there are some dates that are very popular each year, summer dates are usually booked around 2 years in advance due to popularity.

Yes, you are allowed to provide your own drinks. It is required for our staff  manage and serve the drinks. There will be a cost to provide this service. Alternatively, we do provide our own drinks packages which you can find out more about by getting in touch with us.

We will set up for the event based on the number and timings given to us. At the end of the event will only clear and clean up the catering, all other aspects of the event such as décor, florals etc. will not be cleared by us.

Yes, we can provide bespoke children’s menus, or we can work with menus that the client wants the children to have.

No, we don’t provide decorations ourselves, but we can recommend some quality suppliers that we have worked with in the past.

No, the numbers have already been catered for, time and effort will have already been put into preparing meals for the number of guests confirmed already. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a refund.

No, due to health and safety reasons we are not able to have other food provided at your event next to the food we provide, and we are not able to serve any third party food also.

If there is surplus at the end of the event and if it is safe to do so we can provide takeaway containers for the remaining food left over, as long as we have enough containers available.

We require a 20% deposit when you decide you would like to go ahead with booking catering for your event with us. Then the balance (80%) is due when the final numbers are taken 4 weeks before your event.
